To better meet the needs of our advertising companies, we have three listing levels with two subscription levels (for the paid - upper subscriptions) to better meet you company's advertising budgetary needs.
Basic Listing
Our Basic Listing is FREE to any verified Property Management company in our listing area. Unfortunately, this level has its limitations. Your listing will only be seen in the Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) your company has an office. In addition, your listing will be excluded from the "Lead Generation" services.
Standard Listing
This level offers full Lead Generation services along with listing of services you offer, affiliations & memberships, and company page that allows a larger, directed marketing message, and company information for the property type in the geographical area you wish leads not available to the basic listing. In addition your company page will be optomized & regularly submitted to the top 25 Search Engines and Directories.
Premium Listing
This level offers all the benefits of the Standard Listing, but guarantees your listing will appear in the top 3* listings for the property type in the geographical area you wish leads.
Subscription Pricing
Subscriptions are $25.00 (for Premium)+ per Metropolitan Statistic Area^ (MSA) listing and all Leads are included.
